My name is Ana Stockune,

I’ve been a photographer for over 10 years, but recently my photography style has changed — and honestly, I couldn’t be happier about it. This change came after I found myself in the same position as many of you visiting this website: not long ago, I was also engaged and going through the process of searching for a photographer myself. 

During several couple sessions my partner and I had, I realized something — I’m no longer interested in seeing ONLY beautiful visuals. I’m not inspired by photos that focus purely on posing: being placed into certain positions, making certain expressions, and ending up with a beautiful, but unfortunately lifeless (and nowadays, outdated) image. Oops!

What matters most to me today is this: when you have a person you love — a partner, a child, a dog — you want to create memories of being together. Laughing, running, hugging, kissing. I want your relationship to be captured beautifully and authentically, rather than showing how well you can pose in front of a camera.

That’s why today I want to photograph weddings, couples, and families exactly this way too — because I truly believe that a genuine smile or a warm embrace will never go out of style. The same goes for natural colors in photographs.
